Industrial Laminating Systems

Imesa laminating systems are engineered to bond and laminate flexible materials, typically utilizing transfer film, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and thermo adhesives.

Depending on the selected models and configurations, Imesa calenders can handle expanded materials, rubber, and many of its derivatives, along with adhesives, double-sided adhesives (including acrylics), fabrics, non-woven fabrics (both natural and composite fibers), and aluminum.

The range of materials includes acoustic and thermal insulation, flooring, roofing (for both the construction and automotive industries), medical applications, and clothing, among other fields where they are utilised.

Imesa laminator systems can be tailored and configured to meet your specific production requirements, enabling the automation of these processes to enhance production efficiency and ensure the highest quality of the final product.

All Imesa systems are manufactured in Italy before being sent to Cutting Systems UK for comprehensive testing and customer trials (if necessary or requested), followed by transportation, installation, and commissioning by our specialised engineers. All future planned and reactive maintenance is managed by Cutting Systems UK engineers, and spare parts and training are fully supported from our Northamptonshire headquarters.

K1 “EASY”

K1 S and DS

A laminating system designed to laminate flexible materials such as foam on one side or both, with PSA or transfer adhesives.

KK1

Like the model K1s this laminating system, the KK1 is designed to not only laminate flexible materials such as foam materials on one side or both, with PSA or transfer adhesives but also using thermo transfer adhesives. Additionallu available with integrated slitting and cross-cutting systems, and standard calanders or diathermic oil rollers.
