Imesa of Italy, since it inception more than 30 years ago, have been producing machinery used in the cutting and transforming of leathers, fabrics, coated-rubbers and resinated-fabrics, flexible materials in general, bands, welts, rubber and similar materials in several thicknesses for different applications both in rolls and flats.
Multi Blade Splitter
This machine features high performance mechanical characteristics and can be employed in all fields requiring the cutting of strips of materials in sheets, plates and rolls, such as leather, rubber and foam.
The Mod.1 is produced in 2 main versions:
- With a cutting system using a blade and counter-blade, well suited for leather, fibre cartons, Texon, asbestos-free materials, etc.
- With a cutting system using a Ø 160x70x2 mm counter-blade on a nylon roller, well suited for rubber, microporous materials, foam materials. The maximum cutting thickness is 38 mm (depending on the type of material).
Easy Slitter
This bench mounted machine is able to cut various materials (leather, hide, rubber and synthetic material) into strips. Able to cut from a minimum width of 2 mm up to a maximum width of 150mm.
This machine is equipped with a motor driven by foot pedal. All electrical switch-gear and controls are included on the head. All versions are provided with interchangeable blade holder shaft.
Available in 2 versions with a cutting width of up to 300mm and up to 500mm
Slitter Model 7
This machine is able to cut various kind of materials (leather, hide, rubber and synthetic material)into strips. Able to cut from a minimum width of 2 mm up to a maximum width of 150mm.
This machine is equipped with a clutch motor driven by a foot control, which gives you a greater precision and practicality.
Slitter Model 7A
This machine is able to cut various materials (leather, hide, rubber and synthetic material)into strips. Able to cut from a minimum width of 2 mm up to a maximum width of 250 mm.
With increased performance it is able to handle the cutting of materials which are harder or thicker than normal. Motor control is either via foot control or via a switched lever to give increased practicality.
Slitter Model 32
This machine is able to cut various materials (leather, hide, rubber and synthetic material) in strips. Able to cut from a minimum width of 2 mm up to a maximum width of 300 mm.
This machine is equipped with a clutch motor driven by a foot control, which gives you greater precision and practicality.
Slitter Model 7B
This machine is able to cut various materials (leather, hide, rubber and synthetic material) into strips. Able to cut from a minimum width of 2 mm up to a maximum width of 500 mm.
