We even offer delivery, installation and moving of smaller machines such as swing beams, splitting machines, skiving machines and small knife cutting machines with our own service vehicles and heavy trailer systems.*
Recently we have installed machines into domestic and small units, using our own transport allowing us to reverse the machine up the customer's driveway, unload with our collapsible crane and then pallet truck into position, this not only keeps costs way down but also is very practical for tight and small access areas.

Can You Move My Machine?
As well as being experts at moving the ATOM range of cutting machines and systems we can also move the other makes and models of machines that we supply from CMS WaterJets, Camoga, OMAC and Taurus.
Below project involved manoeuvring 3 Flexcut Knife tables down into the production floor in the basement through a low access door. To accompany this we installed a complete compressor and pipework system to give the customer a true ‘turn key’ production package.
The machines were pre-stripped down by Cutting Systems UK removing most of the major running gear and axes to protect the machines and also enable entry into the building. To facilitate tricky installations like this we have invested heavily equipment with two completely different skating and jacking systems, custom lifting frames all coupled to decades of experience.
In addition to making sure we have complete insurance for this type of work all our site staff have had specialist training in addition to their experience including forklift licenses up to 10 tonnes, also slinging and lifting licenses are held. But we believe experience is the best, each machine range has its own ‘engineer; which knows the most about moving each model of machine, in engineering there is no ‘jack of all trades’.
Production on the Mezzanine Level? – No Problem.
Using our own lifting equipment even this is possible.
