Since the beginning of the current Covid-19 crisis, we have maintained a high level of customer support through our remote connection system, email, and phone.
For the last three weeks, we have been able to offer on-site aftersales service with the re-opening of hotels for key workers, and, as we supply the oil, gas, and medical industries, our engineers are classed as such.
So, while our aftersales service is not running at maximum capacity, we are once again offering effective on-site service and our offices are available for you to book your planned maintenance visits, keeping your production running at peak efficiency.
