Industrial Laminating Systems

Imesa laminating systems are designed to glue and laminate flexible materials generally with transfer film, pressure sensitive adhesive and thermo adhesives.
Depending on the chosen models and configurations the Imesa calanders can process expanded materials, rubber and many of it derivatives together with adhesives, double-sided adhesives (including acrylics), fabrics, non-woven fabrics (natural & composite fibres), and aluminium.
Material product ranges include acoustic and thermal insulation, flooring, roofing (both the building industry and automotive respectively), medical and clothing are just some of the areas where they are applied.
Imesa laminator systems can be designed and configured according to your own production needs in order to allow the automation of such processes to maximise the efficiency of production and the highest quality of the final product.

All Imesa systems are produced in Italy before being shipped to Cutting Systems UK for thorough testing and customer trials (if beneficial or required), before being transported, installed and commissioned by our own industry specialist engineers.   All future planned and reactive maintenance is undertaken by Cutting Systems UK engineers, also spare parts and training are fully provided from our Northamptonshire head office.

“Entry Level” laminating system, to laminate with PSA and transfer adhesives, equipped with clutch motor driven by a foot control.

A laminating system designed to laminate flexible materials such as foam on one side or both, with PSA or transfer adhesives.

Like the model K1s this laminating system, the KK1 is designed to not only laminate flexible materials such as foam materials on one side or both, with PSA or transfer adhesives but also using thermo transfer adhesives.   Additionallu available with integrated slitting and cross-cutting systems, and standard calanders or diathermic oil rollers.

The 'K1 Belt' model takes all that the KK1 offers but offers it on a transfer belt system, specifically for sheet lamination.  All the same options for transfer and calander rollers are available.

A laminator system designed to laminate with Hot-Melt glue. Available with integrated slitting and cross cutting system, and automatic systems for material input and output.

This system combines all that the KK1 and K1 Belt can offer, so rolls and sheets can be laminated.  With cross cutting and slitting this system is very flexible and versatile.
